Battery shows fully charged, but...

Hi Folks! Trying to figure out why my Civi Bike Cheetah model with the 750 W our battery isn’t working. I bought Hidden August and I only have put 15 miles on it. I let it sit in my warm house all winter and then took it out to use it recently. The only way the led screen will come on, is with the battery charger plugged in. Screen shows fully charged headlight works and everything with it plugged in. I can hit the throttle once and it will give one jolt and then completely shut off it’ll blank the screen out and I have to re-hit the button to restart it. Now with the battery and plugged, nothing happens no headlight no screen. It only comes on with the battery plugged in and yes the light is green. Any ideas?!

Probably the controller. A multimeter will confirm the battery charge level and the charger output. If those both test good, it's either a wiring connector or the controller.
