BATTERY HELP SHIMANO STEPS PROBLEMS e6000

hello, I have a problem with the shimano steps battery, 36v 418w doesn’t turn on, but the cells are perfect 2 months of use is giving 40v,,,it was fully charged, the bike went out of nowhere., i tried to connect it gave error e020 and didn’t connect anymore ..I try to turn on the battery button it turns on two leds and goes out after 5 seconds,,I tested with a multimeter I saw that the battery has 40 volts and more than 10ah,,so I decided to feed the direct engine, even so it didn't turn on the dispaly I opened the battery I saw that the bms seems to control more things ...,,,does anyone know if i can put a battery that is not original shimano?

depois de vários testes percebi que as células são boas ,,, posso obter um bms compatível? ou liberar a energia diretamente para o motor?

See if you can discharge the battery by connecting it externally to a bike headlight.
If you can lower the voltage a bit, the BMS may allow the battery to function normally.
