I bought a new battery . Same problem . There is a known problem with a connector on a cable that exits the frame and connects to a cable that goes to the motor (front wheel). I took the trike to a local Emojo dealer. When I described the symptom he immediately said " it's the battery". When I told him the battery was one week old he checked the aforementioned connector (which I had already done) and said " they ( meaning electric bikes in general I assumed) are throw away bikes." If it was a loose wire or connector and the bike died and I turned the switch off and back on and the trike fired up immediately I'd be inclined to think it was something else. It may die before the pedals make on revolution or after riding for several miles.
