battery charger

i have the radrover step thru. was at panera bread an had my charger with me tried to charge the battery but would not charge there does anyone know why !

You really haven't given anyone much information to try and help you.

Have you ever charged the battery before Panera?
Maybe the outlet isn't live or your charger is dead.

Have you charged the battery at Panera in the past?
Again, maybe the outlet isn't live or your charger is dead.

Have you tried charging the battery since your Panera visit?

I thought about Panera. I have a back pack and the New Panera has a table with outlets. Test the power supply with your phone charger.

I bought a Hyper e-bike Walmart online. It has around 20 mile range. The battery is easy to unlock and remove. 22 miles today.
