My current non e-bike uses a topeak rack that securely mounts a topeak bag that snaps into place. Very solid on the bike and easy to take with me when I park the bike. Is there another bag solution that folks have found that:
a. mounts securely on the bike with no movement
b. removes easily
c. will hold a phone, wallet, light, ipad, small toolkit, rags, and small other stuff
