Hello!
I opened this motor until the rotor and found that the BLUE cable is crammed. Does it mean the motor is completely dead?

What does crammed mean? I can help but pictures are essential. Post some good photos!

The connector just looks discolored. It doesn’t look anymore crammed than the yellow wire. Why did you open the motor?

I opened it because the bike works just one second then stops making a weird noise...

Well the completely out of focus connector looks black and perhaps there was a poor connection and i5 shorted. It’s one of the hall sensors and thar could account for the motor sound and stopping.

Replace the connector and make sure it’s fully seated. It may be fine.
