Anyone else make the mistake of buying an Aventon? < 150 miles on 2 of them (Pace 500 and Level) and multiple error codes on both bikes - with the Pace 500 battery failing. Can't get any type of response from their customer service or tech support. Says they will contact you within 72 hours via email. They no longer have phone support. Their return policy is 50% restock fee and you pay for shipping back to them after 14 days.
