Bought my wife the Pace 500 and less than 150 miles and the battery just quit - won't charge. Can't actually talk to anyone at Aventon about it - they turned off all phone support and may get back to you in 72-96 hours via email. Apparently a lot of Aventon bikes are failing and their support is overwhelmed by all the problems. They have chat that just essentially redirects you to forms.

Sorry to hear that. I bought Level July 4. 2-3 rides and power quit 2 miles from home. 4+ days to get e-mail response. Yanked around with slow responses and eventually they asked for Pictures. My pictures were poor quality but they "saw" a connection problem on female battery terminal. Took 6 weeks to get a battery.
I was a boat dealer, very large with 3 stores decades ago. We always had repairs out before the next weekend. I hired an electronics expert from Boeing for installing and instrument repair. Retired boater. Hiding behind e-mail is a horrible business practice. In the boat company we mocked Backyard boat dealers and back alley repair shops. This is a bad industry. Some good products. I was in a local bike shop for a spoke 2 weeks ago. His display floor was 90% empty. Said bikes are built and a container shortage.
Aventon has a lot of problems. They are under covid and e-mail support is dudes who work from home online. They can't get drive train parts oem Shortages. They have dealers who can't get parts. 2 other problems on bike and they guessed what was wrong and both guesses were bad. Both not resolved but neither keep me from riding. I have 2 other e-bikes and 3 mountain bikes.
