Aventon Aventure head light not working

Hey everyone, just got my Aventure a few days ago. The headlight was working fine and then just suddenly stopped. The display dims and the light icon appears when I try to turn it on but it doesn't illuminate. Battery is fully charged and everything else is functioning as expected. I'm waiting on a response from Aventon support but figured I'd check here for suggestions since I've not heard back from support yet. Thanks!
