automatic self-adjusting wire strippers

Two days ago, @Cliffy recommended twisting an axle with an open-end wrench to get it loose.

I said I'd used this very tool when I needed to twist an axle.

This is that post,..

I didn't know off hand what a Knipex 86 03 180 pliers was, so I copied and pasted it into a search which lead me to my local Canadian Tire,..

I didn't know that I could get them at my local hardware store??
I got mine from Amazon and the box was completely smashed and may have been a returned item, but I figured "So what? It's a Knipex."

Then I thought maybe it's a fake ??

So then I Googled fake Knipex tools, and found this,..

So I think I'm good?
I don't have a fake tool.

I'm gunna make a fake though.
I just need to buy a 3-D printer, a Lazer scanner, and two cans of paint. 😂

No self respecting electrician/mechanic would use anything other than his do it all 9" Linesman pliers. 🙃

There is this version of the Knipex Pliers Wrench with the same sort of handles,...

I didn't want big puffy handles because it makes it more difficult to squeeze and twist at the same time without squeezing or twisting too hard.

My skinny handled Pliers Wrench with solid metal touch/twist points offer better control.

I don't have to worry about sliding down the handles, because I can adjust it so the handles are closer to parallel with each other.

I had to Google "atramentized" ??

My tool will rust easier, unless I paint it, but I just oiled it instead.
I intend to dry it and my tool bag if I ever get soaked.

And,..
I found these fancy jaw protectors for it,..

I dunno ??
Fifteen Bucks for rubber Jaws.

I might make my own using a margarine container or bubblegum. 😂

You know I was being sarcastic, right?

The topic really does need some illustrative pictures.

I bought my Pliers Wrench based on pictures and lots of assumptions about usability and quality.

I actually spent $10 more for my version with the skinny handles.
The black color was just a rusty accident. 😂

Um, maybe. I suppose. But how many is a matter of opinion. Based simply on observation, my opinion is you post about 95% more pictures than needed, or than anyone else, whichever standard you want to use.

I could probably post about 16 pictures and screenshots to illustrate my point, but I'm going to skip it. Probably not needed; but again, just my opinion.
