Impressive! Your diagrams look professional. I'm looking for more info on the 750 W Dapu motor. YouTube has plenty of videos on rebuilds of other brands of e-bike motors but none for the Dapu midrive.

I have no 750W Dapu motor information to add/share . . . their web-site has zero technical info, guess one has to be a volume customer for that.

I don't have a specific question about the motor build yet, I just like to have complete documentation on all the hardware for future reference. In your next diagram revision, you might want to correct some typos: on pages 3 and 4 "NuVinic" should be NuVinci, and on page 8, "champfer" should be chamfer. I used to edit technical reports .
