Are Bafang Hub Motors the Same at Various Watt Levels?

Quoting an email from a Customer Sales Manager for an ebike company:

This might come as a surprise but the (Bafang) RM G06.500.DC and RM G06.750.DC are mechanically and electrically identical, the only difference in the two motors is the engraving on the motor.​

Is this accurate?
