The controller on my son's ebike give out recently and I'm unable to contact the manufacturer for a replacement as they have become non-responsive.
I have been unable to find a controller online with a matching wiring harness
Can anyone suggest a replacement for this part?

You might want to show a pic of the other end of the motor connector. Worst case, you buy another 25A controller and move the motor cable from the old unit to the new one, making the splices inside the controller box. Wire colors should match, but that's a guess on my part,

Changing the controller means a new display so you need that too, Might as well get the 4n1 or 5n1 handlebar harness that cones with the controller, so you know that fits too, Oh heck, pay another ten bucks and get the PAS sensor too,

Thanks for the response
I'm not too familiar with the ins and outs of these components.
I'm able to splice a wire or two if necessary but I really prefer just to have a matching part if possible.

I appreciate your problem. That's a connector I've not seen in the over two dozen controller's I spent money on, Still, even if you find one with the proper plug-in-play connector, odds are it will not work with your aostirmotor display,

What was the issue with ordering from aostimotor's site? Looks like the picture matches for the S07 model, Their customer service is ignoring you when you send a picture?

Aostimotor has been non responsive.
I I found another site selling the same one but they accepted my Google pay and then have heard nothing in 6 days so I'm about to call MasterCard.

That controller in the picture looks like the older version of the one I have on the bike.

Can you suggest one with similar wires aside from the potential motor wire which could be changed?

Your display will only work with an aostimotpr controller, so both would have to be replaced if you go third party. Any replacement will require moving the old motor cable to the new controller. The throttle, brake levers, and pedal sensor connectors may have to be worked on too,

In general, it's not hard to replace entire electronics on commercial ebikes, but you may be losing some special features on the original. I''ve swapped out the electrics on low end bikes, so I was doing the bike a favor, but know nothing about your bike, It could be a downgrade, sp I can't comment.

Best bet is to stay with Aostimotor, and also to do some diagnostics so you know whether it's the motor, controller, display or wiring,

Facebook has a Aostimotor forum, You're not going to find much on EBR. Join facebook and see if the users group there can help. I looked at it, and it seems to have some hands on owners.

I will check the Facebook link out thank you.
I would prefer to stick with the original product but if that's not available I might not have a choice it seems.
