Anyone in USA getting rid of Yamaha charger?

Not sure if its my battery or charger. I get the alternating Blink of Lights 34 then 12 when charging. The ports on the battery and charger are suspect so hoping to try to replace the cheaper one first.

There's a handful of them for sale on eBay. Still pricey at ~$220.
