Anyone got time to measure the front fork I/D on their 700?

Bought a motorcycle trailer from Harbor Freight and getting it setup to haul my 700. I have a bike block fork mount that I hope is the correct size for the 700. 4 inches ID and fits my mountain bike.

The fork block will work. All front 9mm QR hubs have an over lock nut dimension (O.L.D.) of 100mm.
