To update my new 2020 Liv Amite E+4 adventure: the LBS updated the firmware, I took it home and it still cut out regularly. Back to the shop - tough for them to remedy as the scans all show no problem. They call in a company rep who tweaks the bike, and then they take it out for a long test drive, during which the bike continues to cut out. The issue is rectified with the LBS providing me a new replacement bike of the same model and year which appears to be working well and presenting no problems. As I described in my review, the bike is fun to ride, and I look forward to racking up the kilometres on it. Kudos to the LBS and Giant for taking good care of the problem.
