GWU Law School has started to keep track of US legal cases involving Artificial Intelligence, in a database funded by a Public Interest program grant. The database may potentially in future include cases involving autonomous self-driving cars in collisions with E-bikes. Currently the database includes one case involving a self-driving car collision with a motorcycle that caused injury to the rider, and three cases involving autonomous vehicle on Autopilot crashes.
 
Sorry for reviving this thread. I see the database has filled up a bit. Can't say I'm surprised. Say a lawsuit Elon Musk filed against OpenAI there. Funny.

I think it's time we educate ourselves about the legal side of AI. Guys, read more info about it. I suggest starting with this book: AI Litigation: Navigating Legal Challenges and Risk. I think we will all need it at some point, seeing how AI evolves.
