GWU Law School has started to keep track of US legal cases involving Artificial Intelligence, in a database funded by a Public Interest program grant. The database may potentially in future include cases involving autonomous self-driving cars in collisions with E-bikes. Currently the database includes one case involving a self-driving car collision with a motorcycle that caused injury to the rider, and three cases involving autonomous vehicle on Autopilot crashes.
