Advice on Miele ebikes

with those tiny wheels, the pavement would have to be ultra smooth. We have much to many bumps and holes here for 16" wheels to be comfortable. I use 26" wheels. I saw in germany, the pavement is that smooth, even on the fire trails in forest reserves. Rome and Naples are getting a reputation for not picking up the garbage; are the street repair crews that much better?

Depends on where you live, on North of Italy the situation is better than Rome or Naples that you can see on TV documentary. Of course there're new streets and bad streets, but the main problems are water evaquation holes.

26" seems too big for me, main porpuse of foldable bike is portability. 16" are too small for this amount of km.
20" like this seems a good dimension.

I've thought about Fat version, is really necessary for 25 or 30 km/h? I remember that I've used racing bikes also in city at 40km/h without problems. I'll not use this bike out of street.
