Add a Throttle to a Yamaha Motor?

I’m struggling finding an ebike that checks all the boxes for my wife (extra small frame/step through preferable, suitable for rough forest service roads/trails, at least a front suspension, torque sensor PAS and a throttle). The Liv Rove e+ could work but it doesn’t have a throttle. Does anyone know if you can add a throttle to the Yamaha SyncDrive Core motor?

Nope
