A few Hydra pics

We're all salivating over here...

A little trick for keeping anything painted clean and dust free: https://www.amazon.com/California-C...hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-4583863981053746&psc=1

Too funny! And they are wonderful as the dust from horses here is nasty (I use Endust spray). I fired up my ‘41 Ford after a year and a half to drop off a striped prairie kitty to the local shelter and swear the dust was an inch thick….🤯

The gray/blue colored tube is a prairie kitty trap. They can’t spray what @Rome will think is raw paka. Most island boys do the first time they smell this treat from da Mainland…. 😂

Better was the look on Animal Controls face when I told them what was in it….

Wow. Raised a farm kid but only ever had a plan of staying away from skunks. And watching out for rabid ones.

That trap seems like a very good method to use if you can’t shoot from a distance.
I've killed a few skunks that developed the bad habit of coming around the house only because having your dog skunked ( happened a couple times )is a huge pain. But they are not bad animals. They certainly have their place in the environment and help keep the insect population controlled. Plus they're cute. ;)

I can’t count how many times my dogs cornered one and got a face full of eau de skunk
My present dog learned. He will bay a skunk but stays out of range. Coons he attacks immediately if they can't make it to a tree. It is amazing how hard and violently a 12 pound coon can defend themselves. I hate going through one of those conflagrations. So I go out first at night with a flashlight to encourage them to get out of my pickup bed and get up the nearest tree before I let him out to potty. And I've learned to quit leaving things that coons like in the truck bed.

My Akita got a face full back in the ‘80s in our back yard in the middle of suburbia. Tomato juice bath for a reeking 95 lb dog is no fun. It didn’t help much either.😵

Yeah, skip the tomato juice. Vinegar bath is probably your best bet... Scout's honor anti skunk spray is a life saver when it's 3 in the morning and you're not willing to give your dog a bath.

Long time ago. Fortunately it only happened once and we don’t have dogs anymore.

We are on it brother. I picked up a bunch of frames today from the painter. They apparently weren't able to paint due to humidity. SMH.

We had 2-3 days down time so we re-did the workspace ... much needed cleaning and setup. I am working on getting the art work stuff that everyone commented on. Next week we start churning out more builds.

need to do better on painting ... taking too long right now :(
Thanks! Can't wait!
