XP 3.0 owners, Need a dimension please

Haven’t bought the bike yet ( XP 3.0 step through folder), but would like to know the width of the top tube where the battery is in. I want to make a small mount/base of aluminum or ABS to strap to it and like it to fit flush. I may make it long enough to mount a couple things, but width / dimension is what I’m looking for.Thanks for your time
