STROMER APP WON'T LOAD!

Hello all.. Does anyone know why the Stromer Omni app isn't working? I pulled my bike out of the garage after a couple months, opened up my Stromer Omni app entered my credentials and it does nothing...

I thought it may have been an incorrect pw, so I changed it successfully. Still, when I enter my stuff, Nothing happens!

So frustrating!

Yeppers, App is current, phone is current. I reset my phone and everything... Screenshots coming soon. Thx!

The 2nd Pic is after I hit submit.... I see it has a red line underneath my email, but that is 100% the correct email.

I got it! It was because my auto fill was making Gmail in caps. Once I made it all lowercase, it loaded. Thx for your replies!
