How to turn handlebar 180• for easier reach.

I have the handlebar 6mm bolt loosened at the neck. My problem is the handlebars don't want to rotate. They still feel very tight and I don't want to try any harder for fear of hurting something. What can I do?.
I did this same rotation on my 2.0 with no problem.

It is a fat folder, not a regular stem. So, the thing to do is measure the diameter of the handle bar at its center. Then order a backswept comfort handle bar, $30. It will effectively do the same thing but will work.

look up davidbrandnew on YouTube to understand how the stem works. Look at his videos on how to change out the stem on the lectric to his stuff. Not pushing you to buy his stock, but he has great videos on what to do to change things, and it will help you understand the setup you have.

Call customer service. They will know if the stem has changed from 2.0 to 3.0. I would doubt it.

The stem changed. 2.0 has a quill stem. 3.0 does not.
As suggested, just change the handlebar.
