Used HSD

My husband and I had been considering a Tern HSD for the family and came across a used one yesterday. Specifically an S11. It was described as barely used and the pictures seem to support that. Looks like it was collecting dust in a garage. Under 50 miles on the odometer. Going for about 3500. Does this seem like a fair price for a used ebike like the Tern?

They just released the 2nd gen, I'd offer $3k. There's still leftover gen 1 S11's brand new for $4249.

I had one, awesome bike. Ditched it for the GSD because it just didn't have quite the beans to have a passenger and tow a trailer, IMO
