52v triangle battery shutting down once hits 53v

Well, there you go. You might check for a bank of cells not fully connected.

Why did I ask about Vruzend? Very few batteries made with good cells have problems like this unless they use compression fittings. Hard to make them work for more than a few cells.

If I go back and solder each connection would work better ? battery still seems to get to full charge and shut down at same voltage every time I think BMS or controler are shutting it down but do not know how to prove I may ru connection straight from battery bypassing BMS 1 time to see if discharges further ?

You have six cells in each parallel group. Let's call them 3AH Samsung cells, so it's a 14S-6P 52V 18AH battery.

Let's say four cells in one of your groups make bad contact. That means only two cells our of six are doing any work. A battery is as strong as its weakest group. That group with only two working cells is really only 6AH, so you have a 52V 6AH battery,

Check the voltage of all 14 groups. They will be the same if the pack is in good shape, They will be quite different if you have contact or cell problems. I assume you bought good cells, so it's contact problems.

Soldering the BMS to the strips won't help. You need good contact to the batteries.

Yes it is a Vruzend build i will pull it out and check today i am going to run the motor bypassing the BMS to test if it is that that is shutting the bike down at 52 V
