ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - ALVENY SKYLINE - FRONT WHEEL PLUG

I called BLIX support today. Explained that I just recently received my Aveny Skyline and was in the process of assembling the front wheel. BLIX Rep attempted to help me, but after 4-5 minutes of dialogue disconnected.
The BRIX written instructions, and current YOUTUBE videos do not address the PLUG opposite the disk brake. Does BLIX know the difference between a crescent wrench, and open ended wrench ?

We're a showroom center for Blix so we've got their bikes to test ride and folks can purchase through Blix direct using our promo, which is a long winded way of I can try and help if you'd like, but this is a web forum FOR Blix, it's totally independent and has ZERO to do with the brand outside of owners sharing things about their bikes or looking for help from the community.

That said are you talking about the opposite end of the QR skewer? That's about the only thing needed to assemble with regard to the front wheel.
