46t or 48t sprocket for Vado SL 4.0

I got the sprocket and it fits great and is the same as the original. I am not sure what chain to use though. Its a 10 speed Shimano Deore so not sure my HG701 chain will work good.

Lovely, lovely, lovely!
Regarding the chain: Your new chainring is 4 teeth bigger than the old one. Your chain should have 2 links more. If your derailleur arm is in the position of 5:30 o'clock in the biggest rear cog, everything is fine. Two links do not matter very much.

I ordered a new chain for the 10 speed. A KMC e10 turbo. I think the chain was even too short for the stock sprocket. Its no where close for the new sprocket.

I cannot help you with the information about the right chain link number as I use a different cassette from yours...
