Hey everyone... I need some help. I took my bike in to the shop back in January for its third motor replacement right before my warranty ended. The battery was working fine when I took the bike it. After the shop got the Brose motor replaced they noticed that they could not turn the bike on unless it was plugged in. After 9 months I finally have my bike back although they were not able to fix the battery issue. They seem to be unwilling to try and diagnose further or do anything even though it had a working battery when it was dropped off.
I have been working on the battery today to try and check voltages and I cannot get 36V out of the main lugs on the battery. I am tempted to open it up to see if I can get 36V on the internal board and try and diagnose from there. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
