2017 Rad Rhino (/Rover).
60v 24Ah 120A BMS (continous) lockable downtube custom battery (16s6p Samsung 40T) .
Custom factory ordered plug n play 45A sine save controller (L1019).
Vented G062.1000.DC motor.
100mm Air fork.
Magura MT5e f223/r203 (Galfer) brakes.
52t chainring 8 speed trigger shifter with 11-42t cassette.
780mm Rad Devil Riser handlebar with full grips, thump throttle, fork remote lockout.
Custom Kydex "carbon" skid Plate.
+ Lots of other mods & parts.
42mph ~3 kW.

The custom battery box looks really well done. Actually, the whole bike does. 👏
 
Yup, great looking bike! I like the custom battery box as well. Is that something you built? More detail please.

2 things I see are both about cable routing. First is the throttle wire. I looks like it's fouling the shift lever, but could be just the camera angle. I notice that as I prefer my throttle be on the right as well (actually, I demand it be on the right), and when setting a new bike up, I have a lot of trouble getting it all set up so it's just right.

The other issue is the brake cable. That's just looking for an excuse to foul the wheel or tire and lock up the front brake. That cable would be run up the OUTSIDE of the fork on my bike.

What "factory" sold you that? Is this one of Bolton's kits? Where did you get the motor? Reason for going 8 speed? Any trouble installing/would you recommend others go to an 8 speed?

The 223 was readily available and perfect for with the bike and fittings. Also 223 with MT5e has already some serious stopping power and awesome modulation.

No problem with the throttle cable. Maybe camera angle.
Front brake line is secured into factory fork hooks. No problem getting into wheel.

Controller is made by KT for my custom order (I have other model custom.made too). Not same as Bolton etc.
Motor is available in many places. I have bought this from bluenergy.alibaba. Both side covers are vented for better cooling.
8 speed because for both slow and fast riding. Also wanted 42t 1st gear as I have 52t front.
8 speed cassettes with 42t requires derailleur extender.

I noticed that on many bikes, one with skewer with powerful brake tend to misalign the wheel (or axle) because of high braking torque.

That is valid question. I haven't noticed any problems. I do check all critical points regularly for safety.
