LaPierre Software nightmare

I purchased an Esensium 300 women's cycle for my wife from Cycle Republic. Shortly after they went out of business. After a couple of uses the bike was displaying a fault flashing pink light, and when downloaded App there was a fault code ImBalance:201. Spoke to local LaPierre dealer who said they couldn't help as to needed specialist programming and it had also been left in Demo Mode at factory. The nightmare began in August trying to get this sorted. Tredz were to take on warranty issues with Cycle Republic, they refused and referred me to Halfords. Went to local store who could not help, and would not take cycle back. Made numerous complaint to Halfords no joy. Made a Complaint to European Commission through ODR form. Wow within days Halfords were contacting me. Been back to local store and must admit Manager is trying to help. He's trying to source software and cable from Raleigh who are distributor. As I write this Im still waiting for a call to take my bike back to see if they can reprogram it....a nightmare! The bike uses X35 ebikemotion software by Mahle. Not impressed.

Hi I have also had the same problem Same fault code with this bike I bought it from Tredz I returned it too them and finally got it back yesterday for it to be doing the exact same thing even though they allegedly said they sorted it. Angry isnt the word £2500 for a bike 2 months ago and still haven’t got a bike.
