2019 Turbo Vado 3.0 assist shutting off

Assist shut off at 30% battery left. Connected Mission Control App and saw that I needed firmware updates also no errors. Took bike to bike shop and got the firmware updated they also saw no errors. Went on ride today and assist shut off at 33% battery left. This time since I was aware that it might shut off the assist I could hear a distinct click sound when the assist shut off. When this happens all lights on controller are still functioning and still have two led's displaying on down tube. Recycled battery off and on but this did not help. Still able to charge battery.

Please clean the contacts of the battery and inside the bike with compressed air. It should help. I had similar phenomena during my Vado 5.0 three-year long history.

Cleaned all contacts and inside the bike. Took bike for ride and assist shut off at 30% like a light switch. What I plan on doing is charge the battery to 31 32 percent and see if assist comes on.

Went down to garage to charge battery. Turned on charger battery said 17%. I expected to see 30%. Turned on bike to see if I had any assist went for ride around parking lot no assist. Charging battery right now. Going to call bike shop tomorrow and tell them what is going on.

Have an update on my 2019 Vado 3.0 battery problem. Took bike to bike shop for a battery diagnostic. They found a bad cell. Shop contacted
Specialized and advocated on my behalf that I should get a discount on a new battery due to a bad cell and the charge cycles were very low I forget the charge cycle number. Specialized came back with the offer of a new battery for $475.00. The new battery has been installed also had a tune up done. The bike is like new.
