2017 Rad Rover Battery

Hi all,
New to ebikes. My previous tenants left behind a 2017 RR and I contacted them.
They think the bike belonged to their grandson or a friend of his. Not sure. Anyway, they are not interested in it.
No key, and I did get a charger for it. The battery never charged at all. The light on the charger stayed green, 7 hr charge.
Rad website shows the replacement battery for this model as temporarily out of stock.
Wondering if anyone has a battery for sale.

the battery is off the bike? you may be able to get a key made, or drill it out and put a new key mechanism in it
i would try that first before buying a new battery
maybe the battery is at full charge
put a multimeter on it and see what it says

The Battery is off the bike. I have a replacement key from Bolton. I don't think the battery is at full charge because the battery level lights do not come on. Will try to get a multimeter.

Check the fuses on the bottom of the battery, larger amp fuse is for discharge and the lower amp fuse is for charging. I tried charging mine on the bike once and had left the key in on position and it blew the charge fuse.

I ordered a new battery from Rad. I installed it and everything is fine. Iguess the other battery was shot,
