2014 Giant Twist Elegance error codes

Hi, I have a 2014 Giant Twist Elegance whose assistance is no longer working.
This is the 36-volt model, with the battery lying under the luggage rack.
The Ride Control is a simple model, without display, just LEDs that light up
on the screen printing.

When Power up, all the LEDs flash 3 times, then on the battery charge
representation, there is just the 4th LED out of 5 which flashes up.

I'm looking for the list of error codes on this model of Ride Control.
Any idea ?

Thank you, Kiwi Giant.
The Ride control is not the same as the ones described in the manual, but the test procedure and LED blinking messages are the same.
It seems I've to replace the motor. Not a good news, but good to know.
