Does it split the amps if I am charging 2 batteries off of one charger? or is this not possible?

no that wont work. usually a charger will ramp down the amps as the battery is clsoe to full 2 batteries will cause issues.

It's a bad idea. When you put two different batteries on the same charger, you are connecting them in parallel. If they are not at the same exact voltage, you will have uncontrolled current flowing from the higher voltage pack to the lower voltage pack. This could be quite high, and damage one or both batteries, your charger, or maybe the surroundings if you get a fire,.
