When an ebike powers up and doesn't run, but will spin its wheel when off the ground, that is often a sign of a weak battery. It has voltage, but not enough curremt.

Looks like +12V lead acid batteries on your bike. If so, an automotive shop or battery store knows how to load test them.

For something like a bike, lead acid is relatively cheap, but heavy, and has short life.

That's a terrible option. That battery is too small to have 30000 mah (30 AH). Means the vendor is lying.

When you get into lithium, the cheap stuff catches on fire easily, so you have to spend some mpney.

It's also the wrong voltage and you don't know if the bike controller can take 48V.

I can't tell you what to buy, You're in Europe anyway.
