Changing a Flat on Priority Current Help

Thanks. I will give them credit. They have this dot system on their shimano 5 speed hubs that helped me fix my shifter issue. I was able to reattach the piece over the weekend. I think I was surprised how easily it came off but maybe that’s on purpose. But I got it back on with a few puzzling...

Changing a Flat on Priority Current Help

They didn’t send me this video but again this video is like best case scenario with a bike stand. It didn’t reflect my experience at all. I was finally able to solve my issues. I fixed my bike and the gears but I had to do it myself (which is sorta satisfying). If I hadn’t needed my bike...

Changing a Flat on Priority Current Help

Hi. I have had my priority current for about a year now. It’s been a fantastic bike but I’ve finally stumbled across my first issue. I recently got a flat on my back tire. I’ve never had an issue changing the tube on a bike but the priority current change that. There are no videos available on...

Sub $3000 Leisure/Commuter Bike For Hilly Area [Final Choice: Priority Current]

Thank you for your review and all these updates. I went ahead and purchased the bike using the Costco Next discount. All your updates are so appreciated. Ive had to choose between this bike and some Yamaha models. I liked that I could test ride those models but they didn’t have the class 3 of...

Priority Current vs. Yamaha Cross Core vs. Yamaha Urban Rush

I tested out the Civante and I loved it. It's got me thinking that I may just continue my time of saving up so that I can get it next year. The Priority Current checks a lot of boxes as well, and the class 3 is particularly important to me which puts it a head above the Rush and Core. I'm just a...

Priority Current vs. Yamaha Cross Core vs. Yamaha Urban Rush

Of their own bikes, the only 28mph bike is the Civante.

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

Do you have any thoughts on the Urban Rush or Cross Core? I was offered the Urban Rush at a $500 discount. I'm also contemplating just saving up for the Civante. My only bummer about the Urban Rush is that it's only a class 1. Do you have any thoughts?

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

So I was offered a $500 discount on the Urban Rush today. It'd probably still be available. I also test rode the Cross Core and really liked that. Do you have any thoughts on the difference between the Cross Core and the Urban Rush?

Priority Current vs. Yamaha Cross Core vs. Yamaha Urban Rush

Hey everyone! So I've finally narrowed my choices down to three bikes: the Yamaha Cross Core, Yamaha Urban Rush (with discount), and the Priority Current (with Costco discount). This bike will primarily be used as a commuter with some longer weekend rides. It'll probably ride 98% on pavement...

Larger chain ring on Turbo Vado 3.0 NEEDED

Did you end up using a larger chainring? I test rode a Vado 6.0 today and I loved the gearing, but I see that it uses a 48T on the front. I can only afford a 3.0, so I was wondering if this panned out for you. Let me know. Thanks.

    Ride1Up Roadster V2 or...?

I want the VanMoof to go 28mph. I’d get it if that were the case.

    Ride1Up Roadster V2 or...?

So did you go for the Civante? Your question mimics my same thoughts. I like that the Roadster gets up to 24mph whereas a lot of these single speed/ skinny bikes top out at 20mph. The Civante is at the top of my wishlist but the price is just too much. I also don’t have to worry about carrying...

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

Dang! That’s a pretty looking bike! Do you ride the Yamaha Civante? Also, what is the black bottle behind your seat?

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

That Trek Allant looks awesome. I’ve been eyeing the Yamaha Civante bike. I think I’ve come down off the hipster horse and just want a good ebike.

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

So now I’m stuck between a few bikes: The Yamaha Civante The Priority Current The Rize RX The Aventon Level The Current and Civante look amazing but may require some wait time to buy since they’re more expensive. They’ve got great components and look very cool. It seems like they might be...

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

I was looking at Yamaha bike. I really appreciate your opinion on this. I thought this bike looked great and the weight is so much better than the Rize.

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

I thought about that yesterday while test riding an ebike. I’m in Texas where it’s pretty flat. I bike everyday but I’m not a speed demon averaging between 11-15mph. I think I could bike alongside my wife though she’d blow me away on the inclines.

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

That is true. It is limiting. For that reason, I’ve though about getting a folding bike like the Lectric but I know I won’t use it off road or travel wise much at all.

First ebike: Getting off my Hipster High Horse

I appreciate you saying this. I bike everyday on a regular bike. Mostly I commute and I love that I get a bit of exercise. We rented some pedegos yesterday and while they were fun, it was quite clear that I wouldn’t get much of a workout. My thinking has shifted a bit more to getting an ebike to...
