It's still a big stretch to imply that the large difference in purchase price (often 2-3X's more expensive thru LBS) is made up "after using Velofix two or three times." Insert Facepalm here.

Not sure if you are implying that Velofix is dramatically more expensive than any LBS service's prices but if so I have not found that to be the case.

Is the label really important or if it has rotating pedals or stationary pegs? As long as it's not being ridden recklessly on public bike paths with all that power, I'm glad that options like this exist and say if you want one, get one and have fun.

How are the ergos on this bike? Just looking at side profile pics the bars look pretty low and flat. I'm looking for a comfortable, fast commuter.
