Saw my first E-bike (other than mine) and it was a Sondors.

This was quite possibly me. Small world.

Battery doesn't work!?!? Any assistance would be appreciated

@sondorsnate Let's start from first principles, to eliminate user error. Here's my procedure for charging the battery: Plug charger into outlet Wait for green light to come on Unplug charger from outlet Plug charger into battery Plug charger into outlet Wait for charger light to change from...

    Sondors Ebike Review Now Live

Kind of amusing to the owners that the resident "expert reviewer" appears to be clueless. Yes, the PAS is activated "out of the box." There is no LCD display necessary for it to work. You only need the battery turned on and pedal.

And what I'm saying is that the PAS is actually active already. The user simply has no control over it. Control over the PAS (setting the level) would come if you connected a computer to the "dead-end" cable. This is what the "dead-end" cable looks like when you take off the cap. If you...

One would hope so... But considering that everyone else has been stating their love of the PAS, well... The owners' group has its doubts.

I'm only about half-way through the video, but I notice that you keep saying that the PAS isn't connected to anything and doesn't work. That's not really accurate. It is wired to the controller. But the extra connector is for a cycle analyst, so that you can control the PAS level.

Those folks aren't trolls. They just lack reading comprehension. They calm down after things are slowly explained to them. Everyone's nervous before they receive their bike. It's understandable.

I don't think Philip posts here. Though I'm sure he'd be amused with your obsession for him.

Way too logical. The real answer is that it's actually a photoshopped image, printed onto cardboard, cut to shape, and photographed again. His profit margin is about $690 after materials. ... In other news. The Sondors bikes seem to have penetrated to the interior of the country. Shipping...

Hey Hulk, did you initiate the chargeback with your credit card company in the first week of June like you said you would?

The Sondors Bike is Unravelling a Bit

Oh no! Does that mean we should all give our bikes back?

And if you read my first comment carefully, you'd see that I didn't comment on you making a comment. What's your point? (though if you think I did, maybe that's a reflection on you?)

If you guys liked the "Storm Surge" image, I imagine you also loved the image of the first Sondors on the moon. (It's a shame there wasn't a bigger fuss made about that one. It was much higher quality) Just wait until you get a load of the first Sondors to scale Mt Everest. That image is a...

I actually explained the image. But the moderators deleted my response. Still having a conversation about that. Of course, those of you subscribed to this thread can just look in your inbox.

Delivery notifications for Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Alaska today. It's almost like a storm is rolling across the country.

As far as I know, it's the bike owners who are boycotting EBR. What difference does it make to any bike owners if EBR offers some form of publicity to its insular community? Are you conflating owners of bikes with owners of the company?

Another "data point" to ponder. UPS delivery notifications began appearing in Florida today. Quite possibly the most rational thing I've read in this thread. Bravo!

I'm not really sure who "they" is supposed to be. But I'd hardly call a group of 1500+ people "private." Sure, it might not include a few folks around these parts. But that's sorta the bed those few folks made for themselves, in my opinion. And the other places for discussion, well, let's just...

Ooh, another EBR "data point"! (gotta love the lingo around these parts for "wild-ass speculation") I personally know of 50 individuals who have their bikes. Of course, that's just the folks I know of. Can we forestall the part where you guys say that I'm lying. Or that they're the only 50...

Economies of scale would dictate that the more of one thing you buy at once, the larger the discount / buying power. If you buy them ten at a time, you pay more. If you buy thousands, you pay less.
