Anyone got chipabike in their ebike?

ebay have tons of those topcap(handlebar) trackers(let us be fair, similar products) for prices from low 20s. Not sure about the longevity of them. http://www.integratedtrackers.com/GPSTrack/Products.jsp This page says only the tail lamp version is in stock now. The topcap is "out of stock" and...

Realistic mileage for Neo 36v 9amp models

I think with throttle mode that range almost remains same, even now. Its the pedal assist that tricks us to believe that the bike is giving more range. But to be frank, I got more interested into the e-bikes after I saw the pedelec feature.

Realistic mileage for Neo 36v 9amp models

Since 9amp is too small, I think Ravi will give a small or "just right" rating for the 12amp. ;-)

Realistic mileage for Neo 36v 9amp models

Thanks Court. I hope EasyMotion will release 15A batteries in future and hopefully they will be compatible with the current bikes. On average these range sounds good and makes me comfortable to proceed. And the aesthetics of Emotion bike, its so.... sweeet!!!!!. Personally I don't want to see...

Anyone took their ebike in flight?

Thanks!!! Most assisted wheelchairs also will be having more than 300wh. Curious whether those are allowed or not. I will check with couple of airlines also to see their policy.

Realistic mileage for Neo 36v 9amp models

Thanks a lot Peter. And that is quite interesting data. Vow, Race goes almost twice(40 vs 71km) the range as jumper with a 36v 9amp while the weight difference is just 6 pounds(~3Kg). Jumper is 48pounds and Race is 42 pounds. Both are advertised as "Up to 50 miles" with 36v 9amp and your data...

Realistic mileage for Neo 36v 9amp models

Hello Riders, What is a realistic mileage that you are getting for your neo models with 36v 9amp battery? Yes I understand it varies, hence looking for data from owners, with their weight/terrain/ride-mode details. Trying to see how close it is to the 50mile range claim.

Anyone took their ebike in flight?

Hei thanks for the info. Yes my question is about International travel. Allowed (spare)battery capacity is shown in most places as 160watts. No mention about ebikes or the case in which battery is attached to the bike. The lowest of easymotion, 36v 9 amp battery itself is 36*9=324 watts.

Anyone took their ebike in flight?

Hi, Has anyone ever tried taking their ebike in a flight(as a checked in luggage)? Any clue if we can take these batteries are allowed? All pointers seems to say that only battery size less than 160 watts are allowed. Most ebike batteries should be above that value. Regards Sijin

All new BH 2015 models line up.

Now, since all the new models seems to use a different linear battery shape(the older one with a small curved top), how is it going to affect the availability of the battery for older models in future? Other than the nitro series(where a 48v battery is used), and neo carbon(36v 12amp) and neo...
