    eMTB Options For 2024

Finally got my BadAss a week ago and generally agree with you. Pedaling like a mad man I could get it to 26 mph. I'll admit that the simple fact that I no longer hit a 'wall' so to speak at 19 mph on my BH bike is great and will keep it attached.

    Ride the Glide

Actually, if you look at the photo with the bike standing by itself you can see a shield on the sides below the rack.

How to fit a rear rack on a full suspension bike?

To be honest I was just hoping they would have machined a thru axle with a 1.0 thread pitch that would work on our bikes without us having to deal with swapping out the axle stud.

    Tannus Armour installation tips?

According to the Tannus chart at least, no trimming. I certainly don't have a lot of experience, but it seems tubeless ready tires and rims by design have tight tolerances, fit wise, making changing tires not fun. You're smart taking them to the LBS.

    Tannus Armour installation tips?

The Nobby Nics aren't much better. I went thru hell and broken tire levers myself. I ended up clamping/squeezing parts of the tire with tannus liner and did what @PDoz alluded to couple posts back about keeping the tire in the centerline area of the rim since this is the low spot. I should have...

    $3-5k NYC Commuter

Maybe a fixie isn't for you, but if I needed something for relatively short commute on city streets the Luna Fixed Stealth would be at top of my list. 500w torque mid drive, belt drive, igh, 39lbs and under $1800 us. Battery is built into down tube though. They used to almost always be...

    eMTB Options For 2024

I thought I'd do the same thing, and I think it was you?? that posted a photo awhile back of it set up that way. It convinced me to buy the Badass Box 😁 . I get it, it does the same thing it just looks like shyte. I just can't picture riding around on my emtb bike with it mounted that way...

    eMTB Options For 2024

I got Badassbox 4 from here (official distributor that will ship to USA) but have not gotten yet. Ordered about three weeks ago but standard international shipping from Australia is delayed by 25 to 30 days, as I found out after ordering, due to the 'Pandemic'.

    eMTB Options For 2024

Grat's on the purchase Stefan. Looking forward to your first impressions. Agree with @Browneye, the color scheme on your new bike is well done. Reading up on some of the features and PedalPlus with slope inclination sensor and an accelerometer stood out as a pretty cool feature. And then...

    eMTB Options For 2024

Your listed needs was why I mentioned the Bulls Adventure Evo TR45 in an earlier post. That style bike has the suspension needs you're looking for, the range you want, a more relaxed upright riding position for longer rides and just as important, quality components. Pricey at $6500 euro/ $7000 US.

    eMTB Options For 2024

You mentioned earlier that technical riding wasn't part of the equation. Reign E+2 has 170mm (7") of travel. Seems like overkill for your wants and needs. 120 - 140mm travel would be more than enough for trail riding and off road excursions you plan on doing and the bike would feel more 'lively'...

Have you looked at the Bulls Adventure Evo TR45 or the Adventure EVO AM 27.5?

My Top 4 Value FS eMTB

The lightest of these two is 76lbs (~35kg)? And you plan on riding hills constantly and want long range? Me thinks you should reconsider your choices.

Which eMTB to consider? (bought a Levo Comp)

Which eMTB to consider? (bought a Levo Comp)

Two possible suggestions for you, and I don't own a Bulls bike but I like several models. One available now and one in August of this year. Both are Class 3 with no throttle and both are FS and seem more or less hybrid types where they would work commuting or off road. First is the Bulls...
