Sounds like loose cable connections. I would go from the motor and move my way back checking every single connection. Then I would open it up where the controllers is and also check those connections. I have heard from about a half dozen people with the same issue and its always loose wiring.

Be sure to check for the shock mounting bolts which many have been missing. Also bolts for front brake mount. Some found them attacked to the packaging, so dont throw it all away off the bat.

You can open up the side without the battery when folded. INside, you will see all sorts of wiring connections. You can at least check and see if anything isnt together.

You should get it off the ground for a free spin and see if you notice any warp. Then notify immediately.

Yeah - 11.6 is a tad more isnt it. Hard to know what exactly they are saying over there. When I bought mine 10.4 was listed as well. Possible they mix and match different available stock but who knows!

It was the same for my order. Seems label creation and pick up are a few days apart.

16 13/16" x 4" x Hair over 1 5/8" that's the longest side measured for length. I don't have my pics shared right now but all the same batteries of this format available do look the same.

We are still trying to figure out if the others you might find out there that look the same will work. Aliexpress has a 14 Ah for $300 or so. I think we are limited with form factor to 14Ah if you want to keep with the design. Havent seen anything bigger.
