    Hydra Batterie Question

I would assume frame fit will be the same size. Not sure though if the motor and display will work the same if you switch back and forth. Depending on parameters the controller and display may think battery is out of juice even though it still has some left.

    Hydra Batterie Question

It looks like the hydra is switching to the 48v system. I am guessing it’s specs will match the Luna one mentioned above. It will allow for a larger capacity. I assume the 52v battery might be hard to track down. Are they interchangeable on the hydra?

Getting on the Hydra band wagon

My only concern with this would be the range. With tires that size, I run them at a low psi (they get bouncy if too much air). They are great with a huge patch touching ground, but they are very inefficient. Wouldn’t surprise me at all that if maintaining 20 mph or more and they will be using...

What kind of range are you getting? Which battery do you have?

    My UC Pro has arrived

If at 50a, should have been able to get close to 2300. If 40 amps I don’t know that you will ever hit a true 2300 watts. A 40 amp pull would definitely drop the voltage below 57v. Within a second. If you are charging to 90% or below you will never have enough to get that high. I was looking...

    Hydra Batterie Question

Yeah. That’s the problem. Most fires can be tracked back to a source. Why it happened would then be for the attorneys. Pointing to something being made out of code so to speak would be the easy place to start.

    Hydra Batterie Question

I am surprised with this. Batterys do catch on fire. Houses have burned down. Usually it is something wrong with the battery due to hitting it or something, but a short is always possible with that much voltage. I could easily see some insurance company going after the battery being run out of...

    My UC Pro has arrived

Any chance you were pegged out on the torque setting. Meaning you were almost dummy pedaling? The other problem could be the charge or the bms on the battery. To consistently hit 2300w the battery needs to be able to sustain 40 amps and even then 2300 watts can not be reached when the voltage...

    Pulling for Pushkar...

I think everyone is hoping he succeeds. If it was me and it is not, I would stop having all of these phone calls. Answering a phone and carrying on for awhile takes a lot longer then just answering an email. An email can be delegated. It can be concise. It gives you a chance to think about...

I am with Tom. I would love to see this become a non issue and ww improve on their communication. But I know how it feels to get no communication and when all of you want to tag up against a guy just wanting some answers.

Which part of this did Wookie tell you. Please check your emails dated December 27 where Pushkar responded saying it was ready for you but asking if you would accept $$ for no Brooks saddle since availability in the desired brown was unobtainuim at that time. Check again your email for today...

Actually barnboy some might argue that coming to this board had exactly the consequences they were hoping for. After months of no communication, long after their bike was supposed to have arrived, through email or watts wagons own website, they now are getting notification of their bike. It...

    Rear Brake Squeaking

At 852 miles have you inspected the brake pads. These ebikes will eat through some pads. But, yes a squeak is usually some sort of grease on the rotor or pads. Alcohol is the best way to clean that. It can be as little as touching rotors with some dirty hands.

Don’t leave an email to the company? Are they that big that they can’t answer email? How about a ticket on watts wagon? If I am not mistaken Wookie lives in Australia. Maybe he is deaf. Who the hell knows, but he should not be told how to contact the company by someone from a message board...

Then you must read barnboys post different then I do. Seems to be the critical updates page is not the place for this guy to find out where his bike is. The email doesn’t work. The ticket on the web page doesn’t work. I guess the other place would be with the 30 rule that was referenced...
