Get you some graphite paste at any good bike shop for seatpost slippage they all know about it it's got a slight grit that keeps it from sliding mine did the same thing till I put some of that on

I just rode in the hardest rain I ever have in Austin some puddles reached my bottom bracket glad I had good lighting Pedallion strobe white on the front and Servas strobe red one on the rear . Recommend them highly. I'm sure drivers could see me through the rain

Ebikemom, If you go with the Burley Travoy for your clubs, they have a new attachment on each side to keep your load from sliding around and rubbing on a tire. Made a HUGE difference for my Travoy when fetching vittles.
