    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Sorry all for starting the debate! 😌 How about I change topic yet again! Anybody got additional wheels for their setup? I have the stock WTBs and they are are running Cinturato H in 40. It would be good to go a little bit thinner (say 30) but obviously easiest on a separate set of wheels and...

    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Thanks Brandon, based off the following I may just get away with it. I would say that given my current torch scenario with a claimed 400lm it is going to be better regardless at a fairly decent price. Cheers

Thanks Brendon I ended up with the MagicShine ME2000. Hopefully my dealer can update/unlock my Purion so I can have the headlight display. Cheers

Another question for you lovely folk! Anybody managed to wire lights? If so which ones and was it directly into the Bosch control unit? Eg utilising both battery and control? Thanks!

    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Ohh wow how crazy!!! No wonder Cannondale Aus had to call me back and didn't know! Truth be told I would have preferred the 142! So much easier to buy new wheels

    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Thanks for the help Brendon! Did some digging and: DT Swiss Part Code HWQASM00S9923S, UPC 7613052278902 This is the DT Swiss Thru Axle for the Carbon series which is 168mm long, has a 12x1 or 1.0mm pitch and has a 15mm end which is Syntace X-12. That is obviously for the rear! For the front...

No issues with carrying a wrench it is more inline with I need a new one as both front and back have been stripped. Given I need both I was actually looking at the upgrade more than anything. (Full disclosure, I do carry a multi tool everywhere I go :D)

    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Shop overtorqued the last one and as such I have stripped the inside. Unfortunately need new ones now but it is so confusing with all the pitch/length etc...... Argh. Sorry I want to say it would be nice to have lever thru axles too for easy on/off.

    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Hey guys just another question.... the bike I purchased has garbage thru axles. Has anybody here changed the thru axles and if so do you guys know the pitch or what actually fits for both front and back? Thanks!

Thanks Heaps Deacon! I am still on the fence. Do I try to improve fitness by pushing it above the 25kph limiter!

    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Wow! Thanks for the insight Deacon really helpful in relation to the kph and range. Have a big decision on whether I go 30C and a new set of Rims (so hard to find specific rims for 700C due to the "Boost Sized" front) or just go pure derestrictor only! I did 45km of mixed paved riding in one...

    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Hahahah I love it! Couple of questions for you :) How adverse is the battery life thereafter? At say 35kmh + are you looking at the better part of maybe 20-30km in total range? Also Lefty 3 would be 650B wheels right? Out of interest Deacon did you install it yourself? And if so how easy/hard...

    Cannondale Topstone Gravel Ebike

Brand new owner of Topstone Neo Carbon 4! The bike is real good, done my first 100km and it has been a dream. Battery life is out of this world although that is because of my vain attempt to chase road cyclists at over the 25kmhr limit! On this note anybody with an alternate set of rims or...

    Quite the Quandry

Definitely Was looking at the Trance E+1 or E+2 & Reign E+ 2 realistically. I had a Specialized Crave Pro in the past which I enjoyed. In the Specialized realm the prices seem to be quite high which is off-putting but I really do like the brand. What would your thoughts be in the above? Cheers

    Quite the Quandry

So I am now looking for another E-Bike hopefully in the next 2-3 months! I currently am riding a Giant Explorer E+4 to commute to work which is approx a 5km trip each way. Makes life easy and don't need a car etc. My wife rides the bike with our daughter on the weekend (via a Thule Ridealong...
