For example, the other day I rode 23 miles, strava said I rode 46 Once at the end of my .25 mile driveway it said I had ridden 3 miles already. Today and yesterday it was accurate. It makes me crazy.

Just as @BarryS pointed out, the regular Vado has a removable battery, as does the Allant. My Allant came with the adjustable stem. It could go higher but the lbs did say if I needed extra height they would have to adjust the brake cable. I am very happy with it right now but it is nice to know...

Might add a 4th rule, beware when riding thru muddy gravel 😉 And yes, I am grateful they had my hanger in stock. I only had to be without my bike one day. This week we are having glorious temperatures and I hate to miss any days this time if year since I know they are temporary.
