New Juiced Ripcurrent S Fat eBike

You had mentioned on a different thread that the Hyper Fat has quirky behavior at lower speeds? I was wondering if you might elaborate on that? How do you like the Hyper Fat for commuting so far?

New Juiced Ripcurrent S Fat eBike

If you’re willing to spend up to $6k, I’d take a serious look at Luna’s Apex. Beautiful carbon fiber, full-suspension fat bike, torque sensing Bafang Ultra motor paired with the “ludicrous” option, a 28ah battery with 21700 cells, looks pretty awesome. Fat bike blogger Karl Gesslein posted a...

    DIY without the DIY

Hi Cameron, I have an Izip Pro Tour, which I love, but am also interested in a bike that would allow high speeds for longer range. How different does the BBSHD cadence-only PAS feel compared with the torque/cadence/speed PAS in your experience?

Nice! Will it have the roll down windows? Have you ridden one yet?

Organic Transit Elf vs Virtue Pedalist

Very interesting, the PEBL looks very similar to the ELF but I like the fact that it has an enclosed floor and roll down doors for rain and winter weather. I had spoken with the Pedalist owner a few months ago, and he had mentioned that they were also looking at roll down windows for the...

Organic Transit Elf vs Virtue Pedalist

Hi Teresa, Thanks for your input. I'm also wondering how the Pedalist rides. I believe Court did a test ride recently so I'm very interested to see his review. (He already has posted a review of the ELF from a few years ago.)

Organic Transit Elf vs Virtue Pedalist

Good point. Have you had a chance to test drive one? I like how it is much thinner than the ELF, and would seem to fit much better in the bike lanes and on trails. I feel like the ELF is too wide to ride in bike lanes or on the shoulder comfortably.

Organic Transit Elf vs Virtue Pedalist

Anyone have any experience with or thoughts on either of these enclosed tricycles? Thoughts on which would be better for rain or snow / ice?

By the way, when is Court going to review the Cross Current? Someone's got to get him a pre-production demo... Or send one to me, and I'll be happy to review! :)

    Cross Current

Has anyone seen the bike in black vs. red? Wondering if perhaps the battery (particularly the big 24 ah battery) would be less noticeable on the bike in black?

2015 Izip Dash vs 2016 Juiced CrossCurrent

Hi, Besides the hydraulic vs. mechanical disk brakes, did you notice any other differences in performance between the two bikes? For example, power, acceleration, ability to maintain high speeds? I suppose the CrossCurrent makes a bit more noise than the Dash due to the geared vs. gearless...
