I've done Slime in the past, but there are YouTube videos out that show FlatOut is like Slime 2.0, with superior sealing and handling properties. We've put FlatOut in both our XP 2.0 st bikes but it's only been 6 months. Nonetheless, tires are perfect so far.

Wait a sec, why not just drop in a different freewheel? One of the first things we did to our XP2.0st bikes was to install an 11-34 freewheel. Changes the personality of the bike completely, and you're not pedaling like a zombie at higher speeds. Cheap fix.
