    Haibike SXDURO RX 29"

I have ridden both the Xduro and Sduro models and was pleasantly surprised how similar they were on a flat surface, did not have a chance to climb any hills on the Yamaha where the Bosch does very well. The Yamaha samples your peddling at a lower rate so it will take off at a faster rate when...

    Kalkhoff Integrale S11....review???

Have you had a test ride? I thought I would love it, and it is a very fine machine but when I road tested it I was surprissed that I just did not like the feel of it, ended up perfering a Bosch based mountain bike, they just felt more "bike like" to me. I ran into issues with the belt slipping...

Help...Deciding on which dongle to buy..

Sounds like you may not find a dongle that meets your requirements as your Intuvia will never display your speed once you go in excess of 20 mph. But if you are still interested I would look at http://www.blackped.com/

    Top Speed limit

The pedal assist just cuts out, so no the motor will not help above that. If you are going downhill or you can pedal unassisted above the top speed there is nothing to stop you from doing that in the motor. You can buy a 3rd party dongle that changes that behavour for the Bosch drives.

Service and Reliability Info; Xduro Race

From what I hear, the only 2016 Haibikes that you can purchase right now is the Sduro Cross SM and the Sduro Hardseven SM. There will be more Sduro models available in a few weeks, maybe next month. The Xduro 2016 models won't be available for a few months and I guess they will roll them out...

Converting my 29 RX to a commuter bike (need Fenders, kickstand, etc.)

Look at the previous thread in this forum and in the accessories forum One year and 4000 miles on a Haibike! http://electricbikereview.com/community/threads/one-year-and-4000-miles-on-a-haibike.3047/ http://electricbikereview.com/community/forums/accessories/

    2016 Focus S8 Now Available

I also found the Bosch far more responsive on the hills, more "bike like" too. I was expecting to love the Kalkhoff but ended up convinced I should go with a Bosch.

is it a bad time to buy an e-bike?

I'm probably in the same position as you, would like to get a bike now, but given the new bikes are almost here, I feel its the wrong time to buy. The new SDURO line will be an attractive option with a starting MSRP of $2500 for many and I heard from someone in Ireland who had a chance to use it...
