Top Speed limit

I am looking at a Felt Sport e and wondered if the motor limits the top speed. For example going down hill can i go faster than 20mph and if riding on the flats does the pedal assist allow me to wok with the motor to exceed 20mph? Thanks!

The pedal assist just cuts out, so no the motor will not help above that. If you are going downhill or you can pedal unassisted above the top speed there is nothing to stop you from doing that in the motor. You can buy a 3rd party dongle that changes that behavour for the Bosch drives.

A point to make you aware of in respect of dongles.

Dongle's aren't endorsed by Bosch, so not manufactured or sold by the company, and will invalidate the warranty of the bike.
