I'm back in AZ where my LaFree bike is. Are you still able to help me with the lock set? Appreciate the assistance.

Go to a locksmith shop. Some keys are also available online, but you need to know what the blank is and the code to order one.

I told you before there are no numbers on the lock. Nor do keys for these locks have numbers. I've been told by Giant and bike shops the only thing I can do is drill the lock, which I have done, to remove the battery,. With the battery removed I have been unable to figure out how to remove the old lock set and install the new one (which I have).

Why not just take the unit to a Giant dealer and be done with it?
***EDIT*** I believe that Giant supports its dealers as opposed to the general public.

I have taken it to two Giant dealers and they won't touch it. I've tried contacting Giant several times about this and can't get a response.
